The fish seems very sturdy anke to take kitchen knocks without damage. It looks very good, seals butter/protects it. Very pretty and sturdy dish.

This butter set works best for the narrower butter sticks. It helps for it to not get messy on the edges. The little knob is perfect! I use kerry gold 1/4 lb sticks and they fit with room left over.

The lid is too small to properly fit over a cube of butter and ends up smearing the butter all over both inside sides of the butter lid. The cube barely fits without touching the sides, and functionally it will smear all over the lid.

The top piece is so skinny that it skims right through the butter making a mess. The knob on the top isn't tall enough to get a good grip to lift up the heavy lid. Product is heavyweight which is good but the design is not good.

This make it unusable in my opinion. Too much hassle to return.
