Works great and my hubby swears by it. Mixed with gatorade it's very tolerable.
Pre-race is a great alternative to products such as no-explode. I definitely use it sparingly to maintain its potency but when i have a brutal workout on the calendar it helps get me through it. Its a nice soft landing into the rest of your day.
