Pros
Sturdy, easy to use, good price. Works great and seems more durable than the original. Accurately sized sturdy product. On a par with the expensive window blinds i have in my office.
Much easier to grasp and use. Very reasonably priced.
Took about 5 minutes to fit. Arrived quickly. Can't ask for more. Very quick delivery.
Cons
What was sent was a 100cm dropits either 2 meters or 100 cm. Quality is not good, purchased just over 2 months ago and becoming rusty. Not happy at all.

As mentioned by another reviewer found the chains installed by the professional fitter unworkably short due to totally stupid he regulations for professional fitters

I would hear the bumping as the links past the cog and the dreaded sound of the chain slipping as tension is lost
