Easy to install and all seem to be working properly. Batteries are in an easy slide out tray. Test the units every week (or month for some of us) by pressing the test button with a long pole.

Cons

According to the owner's manual, 3 chirps every five minutes means a malfunction. No one knows this as first alert doesn't say anything in owners manual.

These units 3120b should be recalled. These things have radioactive components, so they likely wind up in the trash where they’ll poison us all. What a piece of junk. Lasted about 6 months and a week.

Writing this review at 1:25am after being rudely awaken by another false alarm. Not a great thing to become desensitized to. I'm fairly certain these alarms are just messing with me at this point.
