Pfsense is based on freebsd an operating system i have personally used since version 2

And since there is no hardware reset ill have to reinstall the pfsense software via usb

If you have a wireless router at home configure it as a wireless access point and attach it to pfsense router

Due to it having pfsense preloaded that makes it the best thing around so it doesnt have proprietary firmware that never gets updated
