Cons

The navigation is not child friendly. Nothing on this tablet is intuitive. Save your money and get an ipad or other reputable tablet.

The only setting that works is to disable in app purchases. It's already canceled. Which means i still have not successfully canceled the subscription.

Amazon is making a defective device and are not interested in correcting the problem. Beware of touchy charge port.

The device says there's no internet even though the wifi icon is full signal. The oooooops there is a problem message is a daily thing which requires a restart on all three.

The 2 year guarantee is one of the only reason i went with the fire. If anything can be done please respond on a replacement or a refund. Still no refund or option to contact seller.
