My ipad had a hairline crack and it was in the case so tightly that the whole screen splintered when i was finally able to get it out

Also the ‘ and “ buttons are made as functions now so i have to remember to press the function key first otherwise i might start a quote with a “p” instead of a quotation mark or the letter “o” might be in the middle of a word that needs a comma

We both have matte screen protectors installed on our devices but for some reason only my keyboard leaves scuff marks on both my screen and the keyboard corners my mother does not have this issue
