My pomeranian seems to be responding well to the training collar, had to use the shock twice but now use the vibrate to stop him from barking.

Very effective, however i wasn't able to make the supplied collar small enough for my terrier, it would have been a 5 otherwise.

I feel that the shock button is not correct to use.

If you had a very large powerfull dog this button on low setting would be use full.

It can also emit a high pitched noise if the vibrate isn't enough to gain attention.

It does have a shock setting, which i never use, but this can be set to zero to ensure if it's used by accident it will not work.

The only issue i had as he is a small dog the collar was to big - this meant that, as a dog with a thick coat, the looseness of the collar meant that the effect was not strong enough to distract his attention.

However, the company made a courtesy call to see how the collar was working, i mentioned this issue and they immediately said they'd send me a smaller one.
