The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is the very top of the tool is cut (as part of the production process) but is not rounded or finished.

So the very top of the tool cannot be used.

Also, the handle is not the best and the file seems to be cast into the handle and cannot easily be removed.

This would make it hard to clamp the file to anything, though it is 8 inches so i suppose you could always clamp the body of the file, at the risk of damaging the tool.
