Product quality is great still in tip top shape after 2 months of daily use at the office and around the house
Tonal balance is decent and details are certainly there with well extended highs and lows
I wish it was a little louder havent really played with the gain switch
The dsd feature works great with hibymusic on android and foobar2000 on windows 10 with the drivers from fiios website

Im using it right now with some audiotechnica athmsr7gm on the non balanced
This little guy will playhandle any file type and at hires bit rates from the likes of tidal deezer hifi etc
As they only include a lightning to miniusb cable in the box for apple users

Had some issues at first trying to download and install the drivers for my windows 7 comp from fiios website but once i did it works great

I urge anyone who buys this to have patience and refer to fiios website for online directions on how to install the drivers and properly set the device up on their computer

Its so much easier than having to download some type of file from their website which you sometimes have to usedownload a new file extraction program to get to the driver inside the file before you can install the driver

Honestly it took me 2 days to figure out what program i needed to install on my comp to extract the driver from driver file fiio had on their website and then how to install it properly

To be fair it did work right out of the box on my smartphone samsung s8 once i hooked it up with an otg cable you have to buy this separately

So soundwise its impressive but im only giving it 4 stars because of how complicated it is to connect it with a windows computer
