The quality feels reliable and i use it to relax my muscle and it did work well
The only issue is that theres a little crack on one of the head see pic when i first receive the product

Also it is much cheaper than similar products on the market
It has brought me alot of relief in the 5 days ived owned it
First off i know that a lot of amazon reviews are sought out by the sellers asking for a fivestar review otherwise to contact them
Secondly im a fairly hard reviewer im only going to give a fivestar review to something im hugely impressed with
