Pros & Cons

Pros

Fig vincotto vinegar is amazing on salads as a healthy, low-cal dressing. Can be used as a dipping sauce for pate or just about anything else. I add it to my caprese salad and everyone raves about the flavor.

This fig balsamic vinegar is a game changer! Love this stuff. We already buy this vinegar for our daughter who cannot have sugar. She likes it on many things, from turkey burger to yogurt. It's so yummy.
