I ordered the black and purple chair, but was accidentally sent the black and gray chair instead.

Was not packed very well and the box is very flimsy in fact one of the legs was sticking through the box.

The arm rest are always loose.

You can tighten the screw as much as possible, but the arm rest will still jiggle.
