Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a fantastic may. I would recommend it for women and men who get hit flush’s in bed. Still 5 out of 5 stars though. No complaint about this at all.
When you first lay on it it is cold, but that's what you want! The longer you stay on it the more it absorbs your body heat. I suffer from overheating due to menopause so whilst in bed it can make sleeping almost impossible.
Highlights
Competitiveness
Only downside is the mat has moved around a bit and would be good if it had elasticated straps that go over edge of bed

Ok for cooling when getting into bed but soon warms up and you are lying on a heat source instead of a cooking source
