Pros

The abrasive is much less prone to clogging, unless you're working on something greasy, or applying too much pressure. Sanding is so much more pleasant. Almost no clean-up is required after sanding.

Festool vacuum works with most of the festool line of wood working tools. The hose is a really great upgrade, super flexible and fits every tool (so far) in my shop. I wish it were a 5 year warranty.

Cons

This vacuum is way overpriced! The suction is pretty minimal compared to my ridgid shop vac. Very weak suction.
