Some neck pillows have a way to velcro the one side to the other, but the velcro section is very small.

This pillow is a good addition to our family cache of travel pillows for those travelers only using earbuds, not big headphones.

It came with good instructions on how to air it out if it stinks (which mine didn't) and how to put the pillow in the bag.
