The next day i made a breakfast egg souffle the bottom leaked the egg out and ran all over my countertop

I used the heat of the stove to heat the bottom of the pan to seal the leak and that caused the egg to be cooked into the bottom rounded rim of the side wall and that is why i gave cleaning 3 stars

The cake looked lovely on the bottom of the pan after releasing ring but i would not recommend ever cutting on it

I had read about the label being near impossible to get off but perhaps the company changed the labels becasue it was a breeze to just peal off not a problem at all
