Pros
Sturdy, well-made, easy to clean pans of all sizes. Loved the sturdiness and easy clean-up. The only negative issue is the pita stickers- removing them. Great for making pita bread.

Cons
Terrible pitting and discoloration after a single use. On the anodized aluminum finish it is nearly impossible to remove, even with denatured alcohol. But, they also claim the item is highly durable and “bakery tough’.
This is so tiresome. Don’t buy it. Threw it away. Waste of money.

I have several fat daddies pans of assorted sizes and they are of high quality, conduct heat evenly and provide very good results.
Packaging/appearance
I looked for a long time, trying to find the biggest pan that would still fit in my instant pot (i use the airfryer lid).
It’s thick aluminum with an anodized coating.
Competitiveness
I bought it to bake half loaves of gluten-free breads.
Better than pans we’ve had from high-end retailers costing almost twice as much.

When i greased it the first time, the loaf did come out but i found it a little tough to clean to corners given the tight area (no dishwasher).

Seems like sturdy decent pans but they don’t stack inside each other as other pans do so they take up a lot of space.

It does stain in the oven, and because of its square shape, it can be hard to clean inside the corners.
