They really stand behind their product and help troubleshoot any potential problems you may have. They are courteous and very fast in communicating with the customer. Thank you for stellar, and personal customer service.
It soothes me a lot and makes me sleepy. It relaxes me and allows me to release tension. It provides deep penetrating heat and also calms my mind.
Use with their amethyst pillow for optimal relaxation. This pad isn’t as uncomfortable as i expected with all the reviews.
Cons
The biomat works fine until the amethysts start leaking. This leakage not only compromises the biomat's functionality, it turns the mat into a perpetual source of amethyst litter. It’s heavy & awkward to take on and off the bed.

It came yesterday and when i went to use it the tongs on the connector from the power source are bent so will not connect to the power cord on the mat
