Pros
If you're an athlete, this is a must have. The deep warmth is so comfortable you will want to use it often.
They are courteous and very fast in communicating with the customer. The customer service is exceptional.
Just very genuine help and my request was fulfilled. Problem fixed in 3 days, all without any hassle.
Cons
The mat works fine until the amethysts start leaking. This leakage not only compromises the biomat's functionality, it turns the mat into a perpetual source of amethyst litter. The product quality feels unworthy of any additional investment.

With severe back pain feeling as if i had slept on a solid board

After another 40 minute trial the next day i felt the pain in my lower back was somewhat decreased but no more so than a heating pad would do

In addition the very first time i moved it i discovered that the wiring going into the unit was disconnected from the plug and this is not something that could have happened as i did not move the unit once plugged into a wall unit

The unit came completely assembled and when the troubles occurred i looked inside the unit to see if i could fix it and ithactually looked like nothing i had ordered

In the plug to the blanket the wires are visible and will probably fray soon as if the component has broken off
