All three fans now run in sync. Be aware, however, it is best if all the fans you attach are the same model or at least have the same operating rpm range. I have a very important user who has a dated but much needed server.

Cons

First one works fine, but the newest one does not. My motherboard has the male connectors so this didn't work for me.
