Its a nice pillow but i have got zero cooling effect with it it is not cool at whatsoever i flip it over in the other side is warm also a little disappointed with the purchase but its a good pillow but it is not a cooling pillow to keep you cool at night

Due to the fact that it is not working as a cooling pillow and it keeps warm constantly i checked all the stars for warmth because its warmth there is not a selection for coolness its a nice pillow but if youre buying it because of night sweats dont waste your money
