Pros

The design is very smart and handy. You can easily adjust the size with the velcro strap.

It comes with two sets of reusable packs. Comes with 4 gel ice packs, which is great for rotation. It has 4 ice packs which is perfect for rotating out.

I wear it from the back of my neck to my forehead so it doesn't irritate my beard. The ice packs plus the pressure the headband creates is a very soothing combination. It stays hot for awhile and it fits comfortably around my head.

Cons

Cold packs freeze so solid that i had to wait 12 minutes until they could be bent into the appropriate shape. The harness and straps are not made for smaller (women's) heads. Just all-around disappointment.
