Pros

Works great fo me (~200lbs). It stays crystal clear and is extremely resistant to scratches. A huge relief. If you’re using for post op, for the price i think it’s a good buy.

The * from the head down is a little more steep for me, but still comfortable. The pillow is soft but firm and has a slipcover over it for cleanliness. It completely supports your shoulders and neck so you can relax and sleep while being face down.

Cons

Used it twice for about 10 minutes - so was not worth it at all. If you open it to see if it works for you, it is not returnable! Returned for a refund. A total waste of $40+ bucks.

While i appreciated the room for breasts, the face area is pointless and painful. I am too short or too tall, because my anatomy landed in an area outside the cut out.
