These are some of the best pastel pencils i've ever used. They are larger in diameter than most pencils.

Products are excellent, they are safe, and the quality is unsurpassed. Nice set of pastels reasonably priced. Love the subtle changes in skin tones.

The colors are different enough to make it worthwhile if you are really into your art. These feel more sturdy than the carbothello brand. Carbotello or faber castell have good pigments and are soft and easy to blend. The caran d’ache is slightly harde... Read More

They work particularly well on fine-grit pastel sanded paper. They are very pigmented and work great on pastelmat paper.
