No instructions how to wear and uncomfortable to wear didnt give much support as couldnt wear for more than 10mins fab only problem is no instructions how to put on it could use instrictions on how to put it together but arrived quickly great product could be slightly bigger but fits for now fab product for the money
Product came very quickly but had no instructions no that its a complicated product to set up but i gave this to my girlfriend who has never seen it and i had to load amazon back up to show her order came quite quick so very happy on delivery just not happy it didnt come with instructions to help me put it on after so many people have already stated it doesnt come with instructions you think you would start putting them in with the package its easy to assemble looking from the picture but if you were to buy as a gift or for someone else would be unfair to say the least
Dont listen to all the comments saying how difficult it is to know how to wear it and no instructions as it is quite straight forward after looking at this picture
