It should be said that both monitors were titled fully forward as i havent tightened any of the adjustments

These stripped pretty easily because the screw heads are made of plastic

Also the base is almost too big to be considered reasonable to use instead of drilling a hole

However the end cap is actually molded into a larger piece of plastic and all you do is tear up that piece of plastic if you try to do this
