Sublingual is absolutely the way to go. Game changer. It makes me burp a couple of times.
They are very easy on the digestive system and easy to dissolve and *. My toddler who has arfid takes these. They have not caused her any constipation problems.
Very effective according to my bloodwork. Iron deficiency is very common. The best supplement for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.

Because of that shes obviously low in vitamins iron being one of them
