Took me 3 weeks to write the review cecuse i had not been able to get the focus and hd working so the camera was just showing a so so on the pc and tablet and no detail like a lic plate number from any distance

So today i pulled the camera back out of the box again and on the tablet app screen for the ptz camera i tapped optimize that means focus on this camera and then tapped hd and pow sharp and vivid and the tablet and pc the hd setting is only on the tablet screen to tap and not the pc softwear

I had done it 100s of times before and it did nothing so im thinking my router from att was not fast enough for the camera

Hang up on using the wifi only mode from the camera the signal is too week at 5 feet away but i read most all of the wirless ptz cameras were the same way so i was not expecting any difrance on this one wanted to cat 5 to the router for faster speed on operating the camera anyway
