Pros
The bag folds exactlycompactly. The velcro holds it together. It folds compactly enough to keep in your car.
The size allows about 4 people to sit comfortably. Can definitely fit 4 adults comfortably (sitting cross-legged), with room for a basket and snacks. Easily fits my family of 5 and easy to fold.
We use it on the beach and its durability is excellent. Super light so not a hassle to lug around.
It looks great and sturdy and refolding isn't an issue! Quality looks great! Have received many compliments.

The plastic rips easily. It is not washable.

It did its job but only 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 small kids can fit on it comfortably

The bottom is made from a plastic material so you don’t get the humidity from the soil

No idea about water resistance but in case you drop some sauce on it do carry some wet wipes with ya
