Pros

Charging the pack via usb c is faster. It has enough power to charge a iphone xs max about 7 times, and the ipad pro 3rd gen about 2. Appears to charge per advertised rate. Charged multiple devices at once.

Cover sits nice and tight and has a lip that makes it easy to remove. Built quality is sturdy and the solar panel feature is great! Lastly, it is rather large and heavy.

Great auxiliary battery. This power bank is phenomenal.

Battery pack has a very bright led panel, and has 2 stages of brightness. Has a bright flashlight built in. Flashlight is bright, sos feature is annoying when accidently activated.

Cons

While the pv panel is novel, it’s far from practical for regular use. Two wildly misleading specs.

After using the replacement very lightly, it has the exact same problems that the first one had. A deep guys voice says uhmmm and hangs up on me. Returning for previous model all black.
