Pros

The customer service is fantastic, my husband called with a compatibility question and his call was answered quickly and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. It works like a charm.

The receiver works my arris ip815w (frontier) set top box. Using it on a verizon fios arris 1100. Works great on my comcast dcx3200-m box. Used for comcast small cable box mounted behind tv.

Cons

It's a great, well built item but it's just not working for me. Will not work with my verizon fios. Box model is ipc1100p2. I check against my remote controls which did show a purple light when pressing a button.
