I can easily get him to hike with me when he has his bag
I like that he bag has the breathable mesh lining as it seems to offer a bit of extra cooling for my boy
If i was to change anything about the bag it would be to make the saddle bags removable by clips instead of having to slide them through the backpack like grips
Overall i am extremely satisfied with the quality of the bag
