Pros
These are the best and simplest way to work hand extensor muscles. Blue and red are pretty challenging but they're doable. This is a great complement to the captain of crush grippers.
The bands seem to be quite durable, so hoping that delivers value to justify the high price for what are essentially fancy rubber bands. They come with a pair of every color so you actually get 2.
Stop hesitating and buy them. Love them. Very satisfied with them so far.
With so much use of our flexor muscles they get sore. It is not tendinitis like so many think.
Great product. Simple and effective. Thank you ironmind for another solid product.

You cannot get a real workout with anything over the yellow bands.

I found even the lightest in the package was a challenge at first though as the injury slowly improves i can use that one

Well i think there is still some truth to the above statement but let me tell you within mins of doing the white one my pain that i been trying to fix for over a year consulting people with years of theoretical and practical medical experience literally diminished
