Pros
The bike is now smoother and quieter than it was before the old belt failed. I believe people who are complaining about noise and clicking are not maintaining their bike.
I have a 17 inch macbook pro, an iphone and a small notepad on it for work and it all fits. Has 2 cup holders and even a little tray that’s big enough to hold your phone or a small notebook. Large tray in the front with padded wrist area.

The bike is somewhat heavy. It feels extremely durable, remains stable no matter how hard i pedal, and has a great sized workstation. It's sturdy & durable.
Cons
Don't even bother installing it. The desk is not ergonomic, so even if it lined up i wouldn't use it.
The saddle is very uncomfortable. The desk and seat do not adjust to a comfortable position. I use it 4-5 times a week and my seat has already lost its cushion.

I bought this for my hubby to help with his mobility and was absolutely delighted by the quality of this product
I appreciate the quality price comfortable upright wide backrest and seat and the desk is a good size with a little pencil drawer
Im 58 and i can reach well with the seat on the lowest setting but after awhile the backrest feels like it isnt close enough
Overall product quality is excellent however good luck if the package turns out to be short an item

My only complaint was with the packaging
Black and blue from the hematoma the broken blood vessel created
And i find that working while on the exerpeutic i hardly even notice that im cycling
Competitiveness
I loved it so much i bought one from a competitor website out of stock on amazon poo and he loves it too
Good for midium height plus person probably 160cm
Other than that it’s great for the price
