Pros

Pain is pretty much gone, a lil numbness and slight pain in leg. The screws are pretty tight and hold the stretching bar with no problem. You can check it periodically if you want for it’s tightness of the screws.

Cons

This product *. And bulky. The foam was crushed all over the traction table when i opened the box. Also the crank on the side is too close to head.
