Pros
Used for assistance with pull-ups. Works well and the length is good for using with a power tower.
Cons
The black band stains everything including the bottom of shoes that are white. The coating makes them almost slippery and even when tightened up they dont provide much tension. I wish i could return and get something that doesn't stain.
