I didnt realized that 65cm is more in what is consider the mediumsized ball range

Its fine for doing excerciseds on albeit smaller than the ones at my gym but it is far too small for me to sit on if youre considering it for that purpose

Overall id recommend it for excercising as long as youre no larger than me but not for use as a ball to sit on at a desk 65cm is just too small for that

The material is very strong the pump although it looks very cheep and flimsy when you open the package inflates the ball very quickly and painlessly
