One of the arms seems to have a hole that was improperly molded or milled as it did not want to match up to the seat back threaded hole

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It took considerable force which should not have been required for such an assembly to flex and hold the arm into position in order to screw in the bolt

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I used thread locker and was forced to crossthread the new bolt in order to get it in because even though i was holding the arm in position the hole on the arm was milled off center forcing the bolt to go in at an angle
