The pm version is wonderful for nighttime. My headaches are almost always at night time, so i pop one of these bad boys and drift off to la la land. Finally back on the shelves and works like a dream for my night time headaches.

Excedrin is the only thing that rids away all symptoms of tourcher migraines. Took the migraine quickly and knocked me out for the night. Helps with headaches up into bedtime.

Cons

New formulationcauses troubling health problems for me. Be cautious. Expiration date is 8 months away.
