The manufacturer was quick to replace the broken parts but did not offer anything for the floor damage even after i sent photos of everything and did not offer a solution to the hole that was put in the front edge of the upholstery due to the chair falling when it broke

It is hard for him to find a comfortable chair since he is so tall at 64 most chairs are too small for him

For years ive been having to deal with mediocre chairs and constantly putting off buying a gaming chair because i thought to myself it cant be that good and im here to say its worth every penny

I think and again probably because im short and my feet arent on the floor that the chair even with the tension fully eased is hard to rock back and forth

One small issue i had was when i rocked back and fourth for whatever reason it was creaking up a storm but wd40 fixed that for now at least

They send you the chair 80 assembled and you really just have to connect the main components
