Pros
I love that it has the area where it holds pinky so it doesn't touch the table/desk. Makes it helpful for repetitive tasks. Though it's hard to tell from the picture, the way it fits your hand is _that_ much improved.
Cons
The mouse has a horrible connection to the usb attached to the computer. My mouse has to be right next to the attachment for it to work properly.

I owned an evoluent verticalmouse 4 and have been pretty happy with it
I figured my wrist angle should be more like 90 degree and finally found this evoluent product
However i still prefer the evoluent brand
