Pros

The taste is surprisingly good, a little on the sweet side but it mostly tastes like a slurpee. It does not have that chalky texture that many other drinks do. I prefer the fruits punch flavour as it has a rich taste that won't annoy you.

I use it every day post workout and my muscles feel replenished afterward. I am overall less fatigued. I find my muscles ache less since adding this!

I feel so energized and pumped to get my workout done. This helps raise my core temperature and gets me sweating.

Cons

This flavor is so terrible that after the 1st scoop no more has been used and the * chemical smell remained in the shaker. It’s taste worst than a cough syrup. Do not recommend, it honestly tastes like medicine mixed with chemicals.

I have ordered this a few times now and find its probably one of the best options for bcaa in terms of value quantity and performance

I have tried other brands and they taste too sweet or even artificial

I have tried others and always come back to this one i dont try different ones anymore

After trying a few different brands of bcaa this one is the only one that actually did something
