First i am familiar with the benefits and uses of glutamine and bcaas intra and postworkout

Unfortunately i really dont notice much difference using this glutamine which makes it a waste of money to me

Because of my opinion of their other products i ordered this glutamine supplement to assist with recover

Second i enjoy evlution nutritions other products such as their bcaa complex and their preworkout concoctions
