Evlution's stimulant-free formula provides a clean energy boost without the *. Even after intense training sessions, i experience less soreness and fatigue, allowing me to get back to the gym sooner. Love this product for my intra-workout aminos.
Cons
Bpi sports grape-flavored is one scoop and in the trash for me. Yellow 5 and red 40 are carcinogens. Concerned about the seal.
As far as i can tell, this has zero impact on my metabolism or workout performance. Please look up to yourself before ordering product.

Im going to keep using it and maybe just mix it with something not water which is what i mixed it with the first time i tasted it or just gulp it down because i dont want to waste it
