    I am in full belief that we all experience depressive and anxious moments or episodes so in reality need you be clinically diagnosed or not if you pay attention you will see moments youve hit a rough patch and had to pick yourself up

    You might think reading a book about recovery from depression someones own true and very honest story could be a chore to read but it really isnt
