I am in full belief that we all experience depressive and anxious moments or episodes so in reality need you be clinically diagnosed or not if you pay attention you will see moments youve hit a rough patch and had to pick yourself up

They often pack a punch too not with brilliant writing but instead with fear statistics and perhaps even a bunch of things you should be doing but aren’t shame on you

You might think reading a book about recovery from depression someones own true and very honest story could be a chore to read but it really isnt
