I inch higher with the lowest seating height
It takes a little personal adjusting including the headrest to get this right but with the right adjustments this chair makes me happy
Love the build quality so we just got another one
So if you are tall with an exceptionally long torso you might have problems with the back lining up properly
Price
I had to duct tape an arm but other than that and the huge price i like this chair
I would have gone through at least four lower cost chairs by this time

Updateraynor sent me new armrest pads 30 including shipping

Packaging in both outside box was torn inside packaging is quite good do so no visible damage
Solid construction pleasing aesthetics and great packaging

My only major hangup is that the headrest is a too far forward which makes it very uncomfortable

I removed these too adding them is part of building the chair so you could also just skip that step

Mine are still good but smallish bubbles are appearing on the surface that makes me think they could start cracking in the next few years

I see they also have all the mesh seating surfaces available as replacements too but they arent quite as cheap as the wheels and arms although i think they are still reasonable about 120 or 150 for bottom and back

I got mine when it was 100 less than the current price and i online ordered it from a major office supply store that merged with another major office store chain with a really nice coupon 250 off so it was 350 after coupon

I kept hitting dead ends chairs that just werent going to work or the ones that would were discontinued and no longer available
