Seat arrived shrink wrapped but with only the top fittings and no fitting instructions enclosed so i had to google the manufacturers website to find a video of how to fit it thats when i found out that the bottom fitting fixtures and instructions as advertised were missing

It has a smooth silent softclose not at all like the video in the reviews which shows the softclose not working ours works fine
