Grape seed extract travels through the blood brain barrier better than any other supplement. I buy grape seed extract for the antioxidants and particularly the opc which help with eliminating lactic acid.
Cons
The product is not useable. There was no refund or replacement offered on this item. This item states that it is kosher but it is not.
