Pros
They're lightweight but sturdy. They wash easily, and are great in the microwave. They are microwaveable, oven and dishwasher safe.

Bought 2 sets of these. Thumbs up for this set. These are awesome! Grab these now.
The plates and bowls were packed really well, nothing chipped or broken. The dishes are attractive and seem durable. The glaze seems to not scratch and chip as easily as most i've seen.
Cons
Contacted customer support on 2 occasions with no reply to either message. Some of the bowls were warped, they get abnormally hot in the microwave. They scratch really really easily if you scrape metal utensils on them.
